Howard Chesneau - Vice President
Mr. Hagopian is President of Fuel Technologies International, LLC. Prior to his asset purchase of Fuel Technologies, Inc., Mr. Hagopian served as Vice President of Operations at Fuel Technologies, Inc. for nine years with full responsibility for the Company’s production, sales, and marketing.  Mr. Hagopian has been a featured or guest speaker for such groups as the 7x24 Exchange, National Fire Protection Association, American Society of Healthcare Engineers, California Fire Prevention Institute, California Fire Prevention Officers (Nor Cal and So Cal), Association of Facility Engineers, Electrical Generating Systems Association, and numerous design engineer groups in the US.  Mr. Hagopian has authored several articles regarding stored diesel fuel stability for industry publications and is the editor of the FTI Technical Information Report published quarterly.  Mr. Hagopian received an Honorable Discharge from the United States Army in 1969

Ken Kerins - Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Chesneau is President of Fuel Quality Services, Inc. and has over 25 years experience in fuel additives, microbial detection, distillate fuel stability problems, fuel filtration, tank remediation and corporate management.  Mr. Chesneau is an active member of several professional organizations and associations and was the past Chairman of the Atlanta chapter of SAE.  He is currently the cochairman of the American Society of Testing and Materials (ASTM) committee on Microbial Contamination and serves on the ASTM D2 Section E committee dealing with fuel from middle distillates to heavy oil.  Mr. Chesneau is coeditor of ASTM, STP 1005, "Distillate Fuel Contamination and Storage" and is an active member of the International Association for Stability and Handling of Liquid Fuels.
Mr. Kerins recently retired as Executive Vice-President of Aydia International, an international management consulting company. He has joined Emission Science LLC as a consultant in the capacity of Chief Financial Officer.  Mr. Kerins has served in operational, marketing & sales, financial and manufacturing capacities. His experience includes working for Purex Corporation, (Chief Industrial Engineer, and International Group Manager), Toshiba Corporation, (Vice President Computer Systems), and Computer Products Plus (Executive Vice President). He has been active on several Boards including Trillium Industries, CP +, Aydia International and FTI. Mr. Kerins graduated from San Diego State University with a degree in Industrial Management.
Robert E. Morgan - Director of Technology
Mr. Morgan recently retired after a 25-year career in the fire service. He retired as a Captain / Deputy Fire Marshal / Arson Investigator with the City of Palm Springs Fire Department in CA. He was nationally certified as a Fire and Explosion Investigator as well as a certified EMT-D. He has served in many positions on the board of directors for the California Fire Prevention Institute for 12 years. He has numerous certifications from the FBI, ATF and California State Fire Marshal in fire prevention and hazardous materials investigation. Mr. Morgan is a recipient of the California State Firefighters Association - Medal of Valor and was recognized as Firefighter of the Year twice by his peers in the fire service. Mr. Morgan has over 22 years experience working with computer systems; Macintosh and Windows operating systems. He is accomplished in graphic design, database design and management, High-Def digital audio and video editing, website design and critical information access. Mr. Morgan's environmental background includes hazardous materials investigation, researching and designing technologies for emission mitigation devices as well as procedures for cleaning up hazardous environmental emissions. For the last three years he has been researching and developing new technologies in the field of algal biomass production as well as designing and testing equipment for alternative fuels feedstock in conjunction with ES's Board of Advisors.
